If you're having a rough day you may be more inclined to think something like this:
There have been times when I would have agreed with this woman and her refreshing beverage, but more and more I'm realising that all those corny things they say about laughter actually are true.
As my family, friends, and colleagues will tell you, I laugh ALL the time. I laugh to the point of tears a couple times a week. People tease me about it and ask me why I laugh so much... and I've tried to come up with a good answer, but I just can't really say. I mean, sometimes its happiness. Sometimes its nerves. Sometimes its excitement. Sometimes its lack of sleep. Sometimes its embarrassment. Sometimes its even fear. Sometimes its because the people I spend time with are just really funny. And although I can't narrow down the cause of my uncontrollable laughter, I am certain of what it brings me.

It brings me joy. And it makes whatever challenge I'm faced with seem alot more manageable. Even stressful legal work. In fact, especially stressful legal work. This is something that I have learned at the law office I work at. No matter what the challenge, or how much work to be done, there's always time for laughter...and that is something I am especially grateful for.
